Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission platform for online dispute resolution was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer named here.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG.
